Real Madrid returned to training without 17 players who have been called up for international matches. James provided the main news of the session. The Colombian joined up with the group for a training session in which Ancelotti was accompanied by the reserve players Febas, Kuscevic and Lazo.

Pacheco carried out specific training exercises, stretches and muscle strengthening work before ball work. The nine outfield players working with Ancelotti played a game of foot-volley and carried out different combination exercises and ball control work. They then played several half-pitch matches where they had to try and score into little nets that had been placed out on the pitch.
